Amati Viola – “Stainer B”

Amati Advanced “Stainer #B” Viola is the next-step-up viola for players who are looking for richer tones.

The body shape of this “Stainer #B” is based on the famous violin made by the German maker, Jacobus Stainer in the 16th century.  It has a thick and powerful tone which enables the player to create a more complex dynamic within different color/tone flavours.  With the German spruce top and maple back, Stainer #B is hand varnished in the fashion of the Renaissance antique finish. This violin is setup with the French Aubert Bridge, and projects the perfect sound with the Helicore Strings.
