This chinrest is the flattened version of the flesch-style chin rests, and fits directly over the tailpiece of your violin.
Flesch-style chin rests offer a high, central position – typically about 28mm in height.
Unlike the original Flesch chin rests that feature a small protrusion in the centre, this style is flatter – with a gentle cup for support.
