Description
There has been a long-felt need in orchestras and at music colleges or academies for a practical and easily accessible edition of the orchestral works presented during auditions. The contents of this volume was inspired by suggestions of the German Music Council and is based on statistical surveys of the Deutsche Orchestervereinigung e.V. (DOV), as well as on the editors’ many years of professional experience as orchestra musicians and college or academy teachers.
The separately available CD contains the respective excerpts from the work (instrument with orchestra).
