Description
Made in Cremona, 1929 by Carlo Bosi – this stunning violin exhibits the sought-after features in both pedigree, and maturity of sound. At 363mm in length-of-body, this violin is larger than most, though the neck and fingerboard are a comfortable proportion for any demanding violinist. In sound, this violin produces a loud, yet sweet sound – typical of it being a cremonese-made, stradivari-modelled violin. The quick response, and silkiness of sound is ideal for professional players, and student-soloists alike, consistently providing an edifying playing-experience whenever you pick it up.
This violin has recently undergone restoration work, performed by a world-renowned expert in the Italian violin-making style, Eric Blot.
